COVID-19 Vaccination Phase 1b
A number of Fullerton Health Medical Centres are participating in COVID-19 Vaccination Phase 1b commencing 22 March 2021.
Appointments will only be made available when vaccine stocks have arrived at the clinic. Please check our website regularly for vaccine and appointment availability.
Please refrain from calling our medical centre regarding COVID-19 Vaccination Phase 1b. Due to the high volume of calls, there is a delay in responding to queries.
COVID-19 Patient Alert
TeleHealth consultations are available with our doctors if you meet one of the following criteria:
- Has attended an in-person consult at our clinic within the last 12 months
- Are living within an area currently under Stage 3 restrictions
- Are less than 12 months old
- Are experiencing homelessness
Book TeleHealth online, or when you call the practice.
If you have a fever, cough, sore throat, or shortness of breath
OR
Had contact with someone diagnosed with or suspected of having Coronavirus
OR
Have travelled internationally or domestically in the last 14 Days;
Please phone ahead and advise our reception staff before attending our clinic.
